Seven Pillars Live Transfer Script

Good morning/afternoon (Client’s Name), my name is ______ and I’m the
insurance underwriter assigned to get you qualified for coverage today.


This call is being recorded for quality assurance.

 

First off, the State of California (Your State) requires that I send my license
to via email or text, which one is better for you? Now once you receive it, I
need you to write down my name and license number, so you know which
agent helped you get your policy today. Mostly importantly my job is to show you something that fits well within your needs and your budget. I will also shop around all the A-Rated carriers to find you the best price and explain how your policy works. Finally, we’re going to submit a request for coverage, to see if we can get you approved.


Now I’m going to ask you a few health questions, so I can match you
with the best company for you.


* Do you currently have any health conditions or have had any in the
past?
* Do you currently take any medication or have been prescribed
anything in the past?
* Have you had any recent surgeries or any in the past?
* What’s your approximate height and weight?


Now I’m going to ask a few background questions.


* Are you currently working, retired or disabled?
* Just as an estimate, how much are you making per month?
* If you’re retired and receiving social security, are you receiving benefits through a Direct Express Card or a normal checking account?
* Do you have any DUI’s or Felonies?

* By getting this policy, who are you trying to protect? (Get Beneficiary
Name)
* Now, is this your first time looking for coverage, or have you been
shopping around for a while now? (We have access to all the A-
Rated carriers in your State, so we can do all the shopping around for
you right now)
* Were you looking to get buried, cremated or leave a legacy behind?

 

Transition Statement:

Now I don’t necessarily know your budget but based off the information you
provided; this is what is recommended. We can always adjust higher or
lower as needed.
Provide 3 options (30k,20k, etc.…)

Closing Statement:

“Out of these 3 options, what makes the most sense for you

and (Beneficiary Name)?

Talk briefly about the carrier.'
